After 25 years in the Business and having received quite some trainings, I did not think any Management Program would surprise me.But Achieve, done by inchigo, did just this! Focusing on the inner game was new for me and I experienced this as a powerful way to further develop myself and my leadership. Olivier and Russel are at the heart of this innovative Program. I really appreciated working with the Inchigo team to prepare and deliver our Global Business Symposium. I have had a few executive coaches over time, but Olivier stands out from the crowd. Sessions with Olivier are challenging but highly rewarding. He will challenge you to really understand yourself, your drivers, how you operate, and how you interact with others. He asks probing questions, asks you to try different approaches, and doesn’t let you give easy answers! But this drives impact and reward –I have come out of our set of sessions with clear development opportunities to work on, strong coping mechanisms to help deal with the tougher times, and plenty of renewed motivation. I looked forward to every session, and came out from each one with lots to think about. I really can’t recommend him highly enough, I have already passed his details onto a few colleagues.

I highly recommend the Immersion if you have a strong desire of what ‘living your purpose’ can bring to you. It is a journey towards the strength of your true self, and is therefore an unlock for the potential of your leadership. It takes a little bit of courage and a healthy dose of curiosity, but it will have a positive impact on you, the people and business you lead, and the society you live in.
